With the most internal volume per speaker of any of our cabinets, the 212ST cab flat out delivers! Great for those of us who preferred straight 4x12’s, but hate the weight. Can also be stacked with our Slant cab. With a width of 26”, this cab was designed to be the perfect companion to a 50 watt “small box” head, though it’s rugged construction will certainly handle more power. A great alternative to a 4x12 when bold closed back “punch” is what you seek. Diagonal speaker arrangement provides great sound dispersion.
Featuring our Heirloom trim, this cabinet has vintage style hand cut tolex corners, Cabinet string (aka “thin piping”) as well as baffle piping in the traditional location. Choose from any of our available grill cloth options, including genuine “M” grill cloth, imported from England. High quality “reach in” bar handles for two hand carry.
The Black Jack 212ST D is crafted entirely from Void Free Baltic Birch- NO MDF backs, NO particle board baffles! We use Box Joint /Finger Joint shell construction for strength and expertly applied tolex with Hide Glue to insure good looks and a long life.
