Unlike the similar cab made on the other side of the pond, this cab is a REAL slant cab (not just a flat baffle in a cab that looks slanted.) With a width of 26”, this cab was designed to be the perfect companion to a 50 watt “small box” head, though it’s rugged construction will certainly handle more power. A good choice for lower power amps too. A great alternative to a 4x12 when bold closed back “punch” is what you seek. Diagonal speaker arrangement provides great sound dispersion.
Featuring our Studio trim, this cabinet has rugged metal corners and baffle piping in the traditional location. Choose from any Made in the USA grill cloth options. High quality “reach in” bar handles for two hand carry.
The Black Jack 212SL D is crafted entirely from Void Free Baltic Birch- NO MDF backs, NO particle board baffles! We use Box Joint /Finger Joint shell construction for strength and expertly applied tolex with Hide Glue to insure good looks and a long life.
